This tutorial

You need a licence to use Suzannes work, which you can purchase through

this was written in PSPX and animation shop

and assumes you have a good understanding of PSP & AS

and its called sunfindulgence, its a ptu kit but o so worth it

Plug ins -Muras copies-encircle

Font i used is Honey script

Bling of choice > (optional)

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 and flood fill with white

open sparkleflower3 and 6 and resize them both by 70%

copy the blue flower onto your canvas as a new layer

add a drop shadow and go to effects > muras > copies > encircle and apply the default.

Now do the same with the white flower

Copy your picture frame as a new layer, with the frame active duplicate it > on the duplicate > image > mirror

place them so they sit nicely then use your freehand selection tool to select and then delete the bit of ribbon that shows inside the 2 frames > select none.

Hide all your layers apart from the 2 frame layers, make one of them active > layers > merge > merge visible >

unhide

use your freehand selection tool to draw around the edge of the frame so it is selected

Open up an image of choice paste as a new layer

now go to selections > invert > delete > select none

move this layer below the frame.

Open up the rainbow paste it as a new layer drop it below your frame but above your flower circles. Use your pick/deform tool to resize and angle the rainbow

lower the opacity on the rainbow to around 70-80%

Add your heart element and your wand and fairy dust elements as new layers -add a drop shadow to these if you wish.

Open up your star sparkles, i used the circle and the twirl, add these as new layers also

i duplicated the circle stars and dropped the duplicate below the frame.

I added ribbon 6 as a new layer and used my pick/deform tool to resize and place it into posistion

I then added my main tube and placed it to the right hand side.

add a drop shadow

add your © and text now

layers > merge > merge visible.

crop off any excess > edit > copy

Now over to animation shop

Open up your bling in AS and see how many frames it has

if you look on the right hand side of your system tray at the bottom you will see the frames.

duplicate your image so that it has the same amount of frames as your bling

edit > select all on your image

on your bling > edit > select all >edit > copy

click on your image blue bar to activate it > on your tools make sure your propergate paste button is active

edit > paste into selected

goto view and check the animation is running ok and thats it!!

Save it and your done!
