You need a licence to use Suzannes work, which you can purchase through
this was written in PSPX and
assumes you have a good understanding.

Font i used - splendid Ornamenty
ok off we go!!
Open up the Mask and minimise to your system tray
Open a new transparent canvas 650x450
flood fill with white.
Get paper6 and resize to 21% of original
Back to your main canvas add a new layer
layers-selections-select all
paste into selection
select none.
go to
layers-new mask layer-from image
click on your drop down and find my mask Gemsmask-133
Source luminance checked only
apply the mask,
go to layers-merge-merge group.
Open elements 30 and 31
Resize element 30 by 20% or original
then resize again by 55% of original
paste as a new layer
duplicate and place the duplicate to the left side
Resize element 31 by 21% of original
paste as a new layer.
place where you wish.
Open up element3 the trio of circled frames
resize to 35% of original
paste as a new layer and duplicate.
place one above the other and stagger them slightly, use my tag for reference.
add a small drop shadow i used 1-1-50-5
Activate your top layer and add a new layer.
go to your rectangle selection tool and draw out a rectangle selection half way in and down from the top frame to the opposite half the other said at the bottom. 
You can either flood fill with a colour from your tubes
or choose a paper from the kit.
I used paper3
selections-invert-delete
selections invert
leave selected
get your 3 tubes that you wish to use.
i only used 2 and i went to image mirror for the 3
Paste the 3 images as new layers and use your mover tool to place them
when you are happy with the posistioning
selections-invert
activate the first tube layer-hit delete.
activate the 2nd tube layer-hit delete.
activate the 3rd tube layer and hit delete.
selections-select none
hide everything apart from the 3 tubes and the rectangle
layers-merge-merge visible
Stay on the merged tube layer
duplicate and activate the original (bottom of the 2)
go to effects-textured effects-fine leather
apply these settings 
On the top copy go to effects
textured effects
weave and apply these settings. 
Staying on the top copy lower the opacity to 47.
add a small drop shadow to the bottom rectangle.
Open element18
resize to 35% of original
paste it to the bottom right of your canvas.
I then got element 26 and resized to 15% of original
i duplicated the flower twice and used my pick tool to resize it slightly.
Add your name and all your © & Licence info
save as a png or jpg and
your Done!
